During todays lesson we
discussed time management. As a group we have been communication with each
other on queries we may have had about the tasks. One of our queries happened
to be brought by Mark- the company budget. As we were aware of the £2,500
budget we questioned whether the company would actually allow us to use this
budget or if it was fictional. However, we discussed this situation with Mark
for us to find out that the project won’t consider our ideas which was very
upsetting as we were excited and enthusiastic for the company to take on board
our improvements we planned to make. On the other hand, the group is trying to
keep a positive attitude with the rest of the task and adapt to the slight
chances.

It’s important to have up to
date records for the project to run smoothly. It also makes it easier for the
rest of the team on what needs to be done and what has already been done.
