Seventh week

Hooray!!
After a few weeks of not being in touch with our client we listened to Mark’s advice to call him. At first we were all apprehensive on who would be the first person to speak to him on the phone so I decided to be a team player – dialling the number and pressing ‘call’…
It was a relief when he answered, although he asked us to ring back in 10 minutes which made us anxious if he would call back due to past let downs. The group was getting worried as all the other groups had been meeting up with their clients which gave us a disadvantage to our task. This is because as a group we felt we prepared with our task and objectives but wanted feedback from the client on our ideas and which ones are the most effective.

Findings from the call:
·      Target market mainly female age range 25-44
·      Set up a Facebook page and apply content to attract customers- this can’t go live.
·      They mainly play 80’s music
·      The ‘egg hunt’ idea had been similarly used before
After the phone call we took these ideas on board and decided that in the future we need to try and attract mainly mothers around that age range.

After a small confusion on whether the ethics form had been completed, we decided to re fill it again. It was important for us to complete this from any potential risks, harms and benefits to the participant.
