Professional week gave the team and myself a chance to bond with one another and off course talk about the brief! However, really wish I was a morning person, because of this I’ve arrived
late. Luckily I wasn’t the only one, as a team we’ve decided to meet up after
this seminar. Today I got the chance to ask Mark about using PESTLE and SWOT in
our video, I wasn’t sure if they both had to be about our company. From this I found
that it could but it would also be beneficial in doing it on our other
competitors- so we started researching about Glastonburry.
An extra 3 hours later
after the seminar… we’ve planned what we were going to include in the video. During
this process, there was a lot of confusion as we weren’t too sure what theme we
wanted the video to be. Mark didn’t want it to be dull and had to be fun at the
same time. We had ideas from going to the park to being in an actual festival
but then we had to be realistic on the sound for the video. Being in an open
space could make the video sound really quiet. As we had heard that some of the
other teams were doing a PowerPoint, we wanted to be a little unique from them.
This is where the confusion arose as some of us were scared that we would be in
the wrong for not following the others. Me and Emma insisted on creating a
video with some of the members in the group so it would be more personal to the
client rather than them hearing a voice.
I’ve really enjoyed this meeting as it was useful to get
everyone else’s opinion across and decide as a group what was best for the
video.
P.S finally got some responses from the questionnaire
